The ability to engage in intercultural dialogue is the basis for children and young people to find their way in a globalized world. The aim of the congress is to promote intercultural and interdisciplinary dialogue and exchange between different philosophical approaches and theories in the context of today's world.

This means facing great challenges, especially regarding the so important renewal in the relations between interculturality, ethnic identities, interdisciplinarity and transdisciplinarity.

In the field of education, this is reflected in the transformation of educational curricula. It is precisely here that the congress has set itself the goal of taking up the increasingly intense, critical debates - especially in Europe - about the meaning of "educational plans", and generating new concepts.

The congress is planned as an intercultural and interdisciplinary forum in order to gain new insights both for multicultural orientation and for functioning pedagogical objectives. The latest research results and practice-oriented projects, including philosophizing with children and adolescents, will be presented by experts and shed new light on the subject.

With the program, the approximately 150 participants from 18 countries, including 24 speakers, can expect an eventful conference.
