Wednesday, 07 July 2021

As part of the CEEPUS network "Philosophy and Interdisciplinarity" the Summer School "Philosophical Bases for Interdisciplinary Researchand the Encounter of European Societies" will take place from July 12-18, 2021 at Meerscheinschlössel, Mozartgasse 3, 8010 Graz.

The following universities are represented in this network: Krakow, Ljublijana, Maribor, Niš, Novi-Sad, Sofia, Osjek, Prague, Priština, Sarajevo, Skopje, Timișoara, Trnava, Tuzla, Warsaw, Zagreb, Zeica and Graz.

Bringing together different disciplines and different methodological competences of the participating researchers of the CEEPUS network opens a wide field - new angles and perspectives on common research subjects - thus new research fields can emerge. This also contributes to the further development of the research agenda of the dimensions of Europeanization.

The Summer School sees itself as an inter/transcultural forum to enable philosophical discussions of historical, as well as contemporary phenomena in Europe, as well as to draw a bow to other scientific disciplines and to carry out joint activities. An important goal of this event is to initiate an exchange of different approaches and thus form further knowledge bases, as well as to deepen cooperation and strengthen the network.
